Chris Williams born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia has been an agent since 2009. Before turning to Real Estate full time in 2016, Chris worked as an Estimator and General Manager with one of the world’s largest restoration company. A leader in the industry for over 15 years, Chris can quickly identify potential issues. With his background in restoration, Chris brings construction knowledge in fire, water, wind, and mold remediation. Chris thoroughly understands the dynamics of selling and buying a home and is an entrepreneur at heart.
He is passionate for helping families build new opportunities. He provides clients with objective information about each property as well as the surrounding community. He helps throughout the entire process from assisting in the home search, negotiating prices, and finalizing the deal.
Chris believes that education and living environment are two of the most important decisions to make when it comes to family. His wife, an Educational Consultant at Williams Educational Consultants, three boys, ages 3 to 11, and 2 dogs live in East Cobb. As members of The Standard Club, they are active in tennis and golf. Chris also enjoys cycling, hiking and travelling.
